Did you know that sleep is a learned behavior? We have to actually learn how to fall asleep and to stay asleep all night. This is popular with young children and we call it sleep training. On this episode I talk about how to train yourself to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night. Sleep is just another thing we can learn how to do better.
