After being diagnosed with celiac's disease and learning that most of my favorite foods contained a protein that was slowly aiding in the decay of my digestive system created a massive amount of panic around all food. I couldn't eat out at restaurants or friends houses because I was terrified of cross contamination and having my symptoms return. This carried over into my life in such a huge way that I feel it is important to share with you all.
