Do you find yourself waking up at the exact same time every night or feeling crummy at exactly the same time every day? For me the time of day changed as my lifestyle changed. At one point in my life, I was always really tired around 3pm, I realized this was due to my diet. Then, around 26 years old I started feeling, just in general, completely terrible around 11am. Using the time clock I talk about on this episode I was able to gain insight into my own health issues. Maybe it can help you too.
